There’s something about that toddler stage that just makes me giddy. When babies hit this age, they have so much personality that it’s hard to believe they keep it in such a tiny little body – they’re happy to see me, they’re happy to show me what they can do…. They’re just happy.
Noah and his parents, Nicole and Jeremy, joined me for an adorable first birthday session (I know – I said that Emmett was the end of the string of first birthdays – I lied! ;) ) in September and I’m so glad that they did. He was full of energy, LOVED playing with my rolls of paper, and even played coy for an adorable photo. Nicole and Jeremy are high-energy parents who are madly in love with their little boy, and it was so much fun to see them in action – or rather, hear them in action. There were more jumping jacks done in the studio that day than at most boot camps, but they certainly kept Noah entertained!
Here are just some of Noah’s highlights:
It’s always great to see Loes and Hans, and it was such a treat to see the little man that Elliott is becoming! His baby blues take in everything around him and he flirts so much that I can only imagine how long it must take to get past the grannies in the grocery stores. Loes and Hans are really settling into parenthood beautifully. They’re great at rolling with the punches and laughing at Elliott’s antics, like when he decided to eat the paper, rather than play with it. :) I’m so excited to see what this guy’s first birthday session has in store for us in February!
Elliott’s highlights were many, but here are a few:
