Laurel and Colin,
Thank you so much for trusting me to be there for you throughout this day. Photographing a family wedding always brings so much added internal pressure, but you showed complete faith in my abilities. Your willingness to laugh with me throughout this process and go along with any idea – no matter if it made sense to you or not – made every moment feel like a creative adventure.
I so appreciate the way that the two of you connected throughout your day – cautiously joining hands during the ceremony, laughing about the bats, laughing about Colin’s tears, laughing about Colin’s inability to open the prosecco, laughing…well, you probably understand by now that I saw all that laughter.
You lived your day the way you wanted to and you were spectacular. Thank you for allowing me to be there and tell that story.

Here’s a look at highlights from Laurel & Colin’s big day:
I’m Ang. I’m a Cornwall, Ontario-based photographer offering wedding and documentary family coverage locally and worldwide. Visual storytelling is what I do best, so laughter and connection is important in my work. I love working with couples who are emotionally present on their wedding day and who love spending time laughing with loved ones, and celebrations like this St Raphael’s Ruins wedding are a great example of the kind of relaxed, family-oriented day I love being involved in.
