Albums and prints are at the very heart of my business. Every one of my wedding packages includes an album; I hope that every documentary client will invest in a book of their own. It wasn’t until I attended a workshop that I realised just how important it is to me that you have one at the end of our time together. Wanna know why I love albums so much?

You choose the photos and you get to approve the design, but I’m making your album for your grandson, your great-niece – for someone who hasn’t been born yet. You’re going to see your favourite photos laid out so that you can spend time with each one, reliving the feelings from your day. Your future family will be able to look through it one day and see the person you once were; the things that once mattered to you. It’s their book. You just get to keep it for now.
There’s a moment during every wedding consult when I get to hand you an album to flip through. I love seeing the look of understanding that will cross your face at some point during the time that book is in your hands. It’s one way I know we’re meant to work together. That understanding, that connection with print and the thought of what it would look like to see your own memories printed on those pages, within those two covers, is so special to me.
